SYRAH

   

Exceptionally low yields. Grapes are hand picked into small containers and
sorted in the vineyard and again on a sorting table in the cellar . Part aged in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Beautiful ruby red with glints of purple 

Nose: Elegant nose, characterised by the many different aromas of small black fruits ( blackcurrant, blackberry), and of spices. Accompanied by touches of toasted vanilla
Taste: Rounded and sumptuous, with velvety tannins. This Syrah is perfectly balanced between the freshness of the fruit and the subtle oak ageing with an intense finish of black cherry.
