Tom Bove, an American businessman, had spent eighteen years building a formidable reputation for organically produced wines at his family home in Provence, Chateau Miraval. After leaving Miraval, Tom acted quickly to acquire this remarkable property which he had long admired and which was fortuitously on the market. The domaine, while romantically beautiful, was in need of a thorough and painstaking renovation starting with the land. South facing hills were cleared ready for planting with Syrah and Viognier, with the first harvest being completed in 2012.
